Random shirt - American common sense

I spotted this shirt in Tesco. Can someone explain what it means? Is it actually supposed to be anti-American or is it just a poor translation or maybe someone just put some words together?

Your example is WAY better than mine. Have you ever checked out Engrish.com? The "adult Engrish" is the funniest.

Wow there are some priceless gems on there. It's unfortunate that the word "dry" also is slang for a four letter "f" word!
